Partner Programs and Developer Relations

In Partner Programs, such as BizSpark, DreamSpark and DVLUP, and as a Developer Advocate, I have worked to improve various platform ecosystems in Latin America countries (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico). Some of the main activities in this role were:

Promoting and executing partnership management – provide fast-response to partner requests, troubleshoot partner issues, coach partner projects, in-house training and increase overall performance. Work closely with both Software Engineering and Sales and Marketing teams;

University engagement through hackathons, workshops, lectures, trainings and long-term projects coaching.

In-company training and coaching: providing technical support for businesses, focusing on their mobile technology solutions.
